Privacy policy

Images

Photographs, signatures, thumb impressions and declarations are processed only in your browser. They are not uploaded to ExamPicResizer, not stored on a server, and not sent to an image API. Closing the tab drops the in-memory copy. The downloaded JPEG is saved by your own device.

What the site itself can see

The pages are static. A normal visit does not create an account. The host that serves the files may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, user agent and the page requested. Those logs are a property of the host, not of an image pipeline, because there is no image pipeline.

Advertising

Advertising is off unless a Google AdSense publisher ID is set in the site configuration and the ads flag is turned on. When that happens, Google may set cookies and use data as described in Google’s own policy to show and measure ads. Ad slots reserve their height before an ad paints, and they are not placed inside the cropper.

Analytics

Analytics is off unless a Google Analytics measurement ID is set. If it is set, the usual page-view tag loads. No image is attached to that tag.

Search Console

A Search Console verification meta tag is printed only when a verification token is configured. It does not collect visitor data by itself.

Contact

If you email hello@exampicresizer.com, that message is ordinary email. It is used to answer you. Do not attach your exam photograph to a support email. Describe the exam and the error instead.

Children

The tool is for exam applicants. It does not ask for a date of birth or any identity document. Do not use it to process a photograph of someone else without their knowledge.
