ExamPicResizer gives you a browser tool and a set of notes about file sizes. Using the site means you accept the limits below. If you do not, don’t use the downloaded file on an application.

The notice wins

Exam bodies change instructions between cycles, and a single PDF sometimes contradicts itself. Pages record the document they were read from and the date of that reading. A row marked unverified is a working target, not a quote. You are responsible for comparing the file with the live form before you submit it.

No affiliation

ExamPicResizer is not a government site and not an agent of any recruiting body. Uploading a file that this tool produced does not mean the application will be accepted. Photograph rules also cover things software cannot see, such as whether the face is yours and whether the signature is in your hand.

Your files

You confirm you have the right to use the image you open in the tool. Do not use the tool to forge a signature, a thumb impression, or a photograph of another candidate.

No warranty

The site is provided as is, free of charge. It may be wrong, incomplete, or unavailable. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for a rejected application, a missed deadline, or a file that a portal refuses. Nothing on the site is legal, career, or coaching advice.

Advertising

The site may show ads if they are switched on in the configuration. Ads do not change the JPEG the tool writes.
